Croft + Kathryn

This day was so special. We had originally planned on a sunset elopement in the mountains but with the Blue Ridge Parkway being closed + some bad weather, we made a last-minute decision (like literally the night before while I was shooting a wedding reception on the coast) to move everything to her family’s property. We met up the next morning and I shot the whole elopement in leggings and a t-shirt and had the best time celebrating them with their people. They brought us in and treated us like family, including us in their cake and champagne party after we finished portraits.

Sam + Cam

I met up with the Fulginitis one Sunday morning to sip coffee and make waffles together.  My favorite sessions are the ones where a couple invites me into their routine- the normal events and activities that add up to tell a really cool story about their life together.  I hope this session encourages you to step out of the box and figure out what's going to be authentic to your couple, even if that means throwing waffle batter around the kitchen until you're crying from laughing so much.

Mike + Jordan

The sweetest summer night with Mike + Jordan, roaming her family's lakeside property and celebrating their engagement with a jump in the lake.

Can't wait for their wedding next year! Click one of the pictures below to see more.
